Exchange and Refund Policy

Finchesclub tries its best to facilitate customers with any issues through its highly reasonable exchange and refund policy. Our policy includes certain sets of information before you file for exchange or refund. These sets of information are:

Accepted Return Period

We cater to issues in our leather jackets up to 30 days after the receiving of the jacket. If you find any problem with the jacket, you can reach out to us for the return within this period. Once you have filed for the exchange or refund, we may take up to 3 weeks to process and comply with your request.

Full Refund Clause

You can have a full refund for any jacket order under the clause that the item is in original condition. You need to return the jacket to our distribution. This applies to all sorts of online purchases of leather jackets at Finchesclub.

Options for Exchange

Exchange is also liable for 30 days after the purchase. During this time, we give you the option to pick a different size or color for the ordered jacket. Moreover, the option to exchange the jacket for a gift card is also available.

Refund Method

We refund as per your mode of payment. This involves your credit card and gift card payment. The first card gets preference particularly in the case of using multiple gift cards. Also, make sure to keep the gifts safe for refund or return.

Ordering a Return

To order a return from us, follow these steps:

  • Make sure that the product is not passed 30 days after delivery
  • Courier the product to our distribution center address
  • We do not accept hand-carried returns at the distribution center
  • Keep proof of return safe with you while we process

Processing your request for exchange and refund

Our processing can take 10-14 days normally and longest up to 3 weeks before you can have the desired outcome. This is due to:

  • Return delivery delays
  • Safeguarding measures
  • Refund transfer to your account

Note that the return delivery cost is not refunded

Refund of Delivery Charges

While the cost of the jacket is refundable, however the delivery charges are only refunded in case of these conditions:

  • You cancel the order before we dispatch
  • We cancel the order due to stock storage

Post-dispatch orders are not refunded of the delivery charges

Refund of Customs, Duties, & Taxes on Product

The customer has to bear all sorts of taxes, fees, duties, and customs which should be paid upon receiving. These are charged by the local, state, or national authorities of the customer’s country of residence. Thus, Finchesclub is not liable to bear these charges and nor refund them in case of a filed refund request.
