Finchesclub operates to deliver the most appropriate and professional services to our clients. We do it by adhering to the set terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all the orders we deal with, contracts we make, and requests that we receive. No expectations are made while any sort of amendment is made with the signature from the appropriate authority i.e. managing director of Finchesclub. We have lined up the easy-to-understand and fair t & c to provide our customers the best experience.
Standard Terms
Before we continue with our actual terms and conditions, let’s set up some common terms to be utilized later on. The words, “we/us” refer to Finchesclub and its operations while the word “you/you” means the customer to explain our terms and conditions.
The word “courier” means the item to be delivered while “delivery date” refers to the date we have given for the delivery of the courier. Lastly, the term “goods” is the jacket you have bought.

Security Checks
On every order, we carry out security checks on all the orders we receive. Mainly, we put your order into review status. You need to provide your bank authorization code to verify the details. You can also utilize utility bills for this.
Receiving Your Order
We carefully and appropriately seal the goods at the Distribution Centre before delivering. Therefore, make sure that you receive the package completely sealed. If there is anything wrong with it, please contact our customer services on +1 305 703 4164 to report the damaged seal or damaged package. Also, do not receive if the package is not properly sealed. Moreover, you are liable to file a complaint to our customer services within 24 hours if there is anything wrong with the order.
Conditions for Canceling
Any sort of order cancellation is possible before the goods are shipped. This can be done by contacting our customer services on +1 305 703 4164. Including Duties and Customs
Finchesclub’s terms duties and customs are unpaid Basis. This includes all sorts of fees i.e. clearance fees, brokerage fees, and others. These fees are charged about the destination authorities and differ around the globe and since we deliver around the world, bearing this is far too complex. You may have to provide details about these. Furthermore, you have to bear these as part of the total amount you pay upon the arrival of the package at your doorstep.
Taxes on Your Orders
Like duties and customers, taxes on the goods you order are unpaid by the company. Similarly, these are charged as per destination location. These are included in your order as per the location and other information you provide. Later, as you receive the order with goods packed inside, you need to pay the taxes along with the original provider of the goods. The overall taxes are classified as taxes on the goods and taxes on shipment costs. In case you file for a refund, you will get a refund on taxes on goods but not on shipment taxes.
Refund Terms
You can ask for a refund up to 30 days after you receive the goods. You can read our refund policy in detail to understand better on our exchange and refund policy page. Our refund policy requires that you ship the goods back to the Distribution Center to avail refund.
Exchange Terms
Finchesclub also offers an exchange policy for issues i.e. color and size. The same of 30 days is offered for exchange. You need to ship back the goods to our Distribution Center at your own expense. Return Policy
We utilize the best possible shipment to deliver the goods but the goods can still fall prey to some accident and get damaged. Moreover, if the goods are faulty due to our mistake. If such a thing happens you can return it for a refund. But we cannot accept not-received goods and without the receiver’s signature for return. Conditions of Goods for Returning
You need to maintain the condition of the items you tend to exchange or return in for other goods. Keep the goods safely and make sure not to use or try it. Make sure to keep the product Moreover, keep the labels and tags intact with the goods. Complementary items such as dust bags, protective boxes, and protective casings should also be managed with care. Ensure this on until you have made the request for either of the options.
Location of Our Distribution Center

Discounts and Promotions
Finchesclub offers promotions in the form of different discounts or codes. These can be used for buying goods. However, one offer cannot be combined with another and cannot be used to get gift cards. Lastly, we hold the right to change or terminate promotional offers.
Handling Disputes
Any sort of dispute would be subject to United States Law is subject to be managed by US courts. All the terms and conditions should be managed individually and if any one of these is subject to objection the rest stays valid.
